Refund Policy

Eligible SharkNinja items may be returned or exchanged when requested within 30 days after delivery. New, unused items are eligible when you change your mind or select the wrong model. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items are also covered.

Request approval first

Email qavirezoy09@gmail.com before mailing anything. Include the order number and a clear explanation; photographs may help with a product or shipment problem. We will review the request and provide the correct return destination. The General business address is not automatically the return warehouse.

Return label and condition

A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for assistance. Approved returns must be mailed after authorization. No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges depend on approval and stock availability.

Refund timing

After a return is received and approved, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
