These terms govern use of the SharkNinja online store. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security, operation, or other customers.

Products and orders

We work to present accurate product information, images, availability, and CAD prices. Packaging, display colours, and specifications may have reasonable variations. An order is an offer to purchase and may be accepted, limited, or cancelled for stock, payment, address, fraud-prevention, pricing, or technical reasons.

Payment, delivery, and returns

Taxes, shipping charges, and the final total appear at checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Returns, exchanges, labels, and refunds follow the Refund Policy, including the 30-day request window and refunds processed or initiated within 10 days after approval.

Ownership and consumer rights

Store content, branding, and product materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.
